Hey everybody! If you know me well, you probably know that i really don't enjoy cooking. I hate the mess, the time it takes and I really just prefer a pop tart and frozen pizza for dinner. HOWEVER, with trying to eat better over the last couple of years, I have a few go to recipes that I use for lazy and healthy meals!

This is my "fruit salsa" and tortilla chips! I eat it as a snack, a meal and something quick and easy to take to somebody's house. 



  • 2 mangoes
  • 10 strawberries
  • 10 stems of cilantro
  • 1 can of pineapple (sliced)

Ready for the lazy part, I mean besides the fact that I don't even use a fresh pineapple? All you have to do is slice it all up, add a bit of the pineapple juice from the can and mix it together. Put it in a nice bowl so it looks fancier, AND TADA.
